Covers bad workmanship and parts failure. If it breaks, we’ll fix it for free. Does not cover scratches.
Here you can submit a request to return, redo or service your clip on. Once we receive your request, we will email you a prepaid label for the clip on. The request will be processed based on your choice:
Return: A refund will be applied to the order. You have 30 days starting the day you received the clip on to submit a return request.
Redo: We will redo the clip on if it doesn’t fit on the first attempt, until we get it right.
Warranty: The warranty covers bad workmanship and parts failure. It’s good for as long as you keep the clip on. It doesn’t cover scratches on the lenses.
